How do you handle support?
I communicate primarily through email. Just send me a message through the contact us page and I will get back to you as quickly as I can. I get a lot of email, so if I don’t respond then feel free to send a follow up. I do my very best to answer every question that comes in and if you have any issues with your purchase I will help out however I can.
What makes you different from other virtual pinball vendors?
One thing you will notice is that I do my very best to answer every question you have and to respond quickly. No ticketing system, just send me an email. I will help you get things up and running the best I can. There is of course a limit to what kind of support I can provide, but I will do my best to help you enjoy your virtual pinball setup. The documentation for all my products is the best available (see here) and I continue to update the documentation over time so things are always up to date.
What if part of my product is damaged during shipping?
Just let me know what was damaged or if something is missing and I will send you a replacement free of charge.
How long does it take to ship out an order?
Typically it takes just 2 business day to get an order out the door, but depending on how busy things are it can be up to 3-5 business days, with the large kits taking the longest amount of time. I do not work on Sundays to allow for some time with the family and God.
Where do you ship?
I ship worldwide, I have shipped products to all countries. At this time I do not have a great way to charge for shipping worldwide but I do refund to actual amounts after shipping out.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
So as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you are able to cancel it. Just send me a note through the contact us page.
